Medical Technology Mentoring Program (MTMP)
Covance partners with select universities to bring students a robust program that offers opportunity for those who are interested in career exploration, challenging projects and industry networking experience. Our program enables students to experience real-world application of their degree program while still in college.
Program Purpose
What is the purpose of the program?
Covance is dedicated to the continuing education and development of our staff as well as the success of new graduates. This program fosters relationships, creates a learning environment, and offers insight for both the participating students (mentees) and our current employees (mentors).
