ASCEND: This young professional ERG works to bring visibility to a growing multi-generational section of the workforce and helps bridge generational differences. The group's name stands for Achieving Success through Communication, Engagement, Networking and Development.
EnABLE: This ERG works to create a disability-friendly culture by promoting workplace awareness of all disabilities, including those that are invisible; providing resources for increased learning; and facilitating networking opportunities that empower employees to achieve their career goals. EnABLE stands for Empowering Abilities Beyond Labels for Everyone.
PRIDE: The PRIDE Network aims to increase the visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer or questioning employees while creating connections with allies and inspiring employees to bring their whole selves to work every day.
PULSE: The ERG for Black employees and allies. The group's name, PULSE, captures the aspirations of the executive sponsors, leaders and members: Promoting Unity through Legacy, Support, and the Empowerment of Black employees.
WEN: The Women's Empowerment Network (WEN) was established to support and empower the women of our organization to achieve professional success and personal well-being. WEN works to enhance our workplace, contribute to the success of our company, and give back to our community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
VERG: The veteran ERG, VERG, supports employees who have served or currently serve in the military, their families and veterans without a connection to Labcorp. The group builds awareness in the workplace and raises funds for numerous causes and organizations in the community. Members do not need to have served in any military branch.
